Benefit Amount:

Benefit maximum amounts reduce as follows, effective February 1, 2019:

Under age 75: $5,000,000 lifetime maximum.  
Age 75-80: $1,000,000 lifetime maximum. 

Benefit limited to trips of 90 days - Effective January 1, 2015.
Coverage terminates upon attainment of age 80 for eligible members and their dependents.
