The Trust Fund’s Administrative Agent is Benefit Plan Administrators and its staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. From understanding your benefits to receiving your cheque in the mail, staff members will guide you through the claims process. Contact them any time you
- Have questions regarding your eligibility for benefits,
- Need to obtain a Member Information Card (also available through your Union Office),
- Need to obtain a claim form (also may be available through the Trust Fund’s website),
- Have questions about any of the benefits described in this brochure,
- Have questions about the claims process, or
- Need to follow up on a claim.
All phone and e-mail messages will be returned no later than the end of the next business day.
