Rehabilitation Hospital: Semi-private, maximum 120 days provided disability commenced prior to age 65

Ambulance Benefit: $200 per disability

Out-of-Hospital Nursing Services: $10,000 every 3 years

Accidental Dental: Work must be completed within 12 months of accident to a maximum of $5,000 per accident
